Sylvie is the heart and hands behind Fleurelle Flower Farm. She finds her rhythm in the seasons, creating garden-inspired florals that reflect the natural beauty of each moment in bloom. With a deep love for growing and designing, she carefully tends every stem from seed to bouquet, weaving together colours, textures, and scents that tell the story of the garden. Her work celebrates nature’s fleeting treasures, offering florals that feel timeless, intentional, and full of life.
about our farm
Just a few miles outside our small town of ten-thousand, our farm sits on 56 acres of land we’ve slowly shaped with a dream to grow fields upon fields of flowers.
Fleurelle began in 2020 with a simple trial patch of flowers on one acre of land where we lived at the time. I’ve always loved growing a garden, but it was when I became a mama that I felt called to find a way to nourish my hardworking soul while being home with my little ones—and so, our flower farm was born. A few years later, we moved to this larger piece of land, where we dream daily about rows upon rows of blooms and the joy of sharing them with you.
Here at the farm, we grow everything from delicate scented sweet peas and airy cosmos to specialty treasures like ranunculus, anemones, tulips and dahlias. Each spring, we start countless hardy and summer annuals from seed, tending them with love and sustainable practices. With every passing season, I fall more deeply in love with flowers. Alongside growing, floral design has become a passion—learning to arrange blooms with the natural flow and rhythm that nature intended. Our designs are garden-inspired, organic, and always one-of-a-kind.
In recent years, we’ve also stepped into the enchanting world of breeding and hybridizing flowers. Cosmos were our very first love, soon followed by zinnias and dahlias. This journey has been full of wonder, uncovering unique colours, textures, and never-before-seen traits. Each discovery feels like a small piece of magic, and we dream of one day sharing these blooms with the world.

about our flower breeding journey
Some of my happiest days begin with a handful of seeds and a heart full of hope. What began as simple curiosity has grown into one of the most rewarding parts of my flower farming journey—breeding cosmos, zinnias, and dahlias.
I’m endlessly captivated by the unexpected—petals brushed in colours I’ve never seen before, textures that feel almost otherworldly, and traits that set a bloom apart as if it’s telling its own story. Some experiments are fleeting, some become favourites, but all of them remind me how much beauty there is in exploring the unknown.
Breeding flowers is my way of chasing magic in the garden and every discovery feels like a secret the earth has whispered just for me. The flowers that finally make it to bloom carry stories of patience, curiosity, and a deep love for the quiet magic that grows in the garden.
Each season brings its own surprises—a bloom that glows more softly than I imagined, a colour that catches me by surprise, a shape that seems to dance in the breeze and purely holding my breath over blooms that surprised me with their beauty. I find joy in watching tiny seeds turn into flowers that feel like they were meant to be—blooms that carry a little bit of my heart, a little bit of magic, and a whole lot of love.
