Bring the magic of the flower farm to your next event with our Bouquet Bar Events! Perfect for weddings, showers, team appreciation events, and community gatherings, our bouquet bar is a fun and interactive experience your guests will love.
We’ll arrive with buckets of fresh, seasonal blooms grown right on our farm, along with everything needed to create custom mini bouquets—think snips, kraft paper, ribbon, and all the rustic charm. Guests can pick their stems, arrange a sweet little bundle, and take home a piece of the garden.
Bouquet bars are available for private and corporate events throughout the season. We’ll handle setup and cleanup—your job is just to enjoy the flowers!

What is included in a Private Event package?
Enjoy a private event at the flower farm with exclusive access to the field, pick-your-own flowers (with snips and vases provided), or host a bouquet bar with rustic seating, and golden hour light for photos—all set up for a relaxed, flower-filled evening. You’re welcome to bring your own food (provided everything is nut free), drinks (non-alcoholic), and décor to make it your own.
Are there minimum requirements for a Private Event?
A minimum of 5 guests with a maximum of 15 is required to book a private event. Perfect for small gatherings, celebrations, or just a beautiful night out with friends.
How long are Private Events scheduled for on-the-farm?
Private Events can run for up-to two hours.
What is included in the Bouquet Bar package?
Our Bouquet Bar includes everything you need to bring a little flower magic to your event! We’ll arrive with buckets of fresh, seasonal blooms grown right on our farm, along with snips, vases or kraft paper, ribbon, so each guest can create and take home their own bouquet. Bouquet bars are great for weddings, showers, ladies night, and can be customized to suit your group and space.
Can you teach how to arrange flowers at a Bouquet Bar?
We’d love to! You can book us to guide your guests through arranging their own bouquets, with helpful tips on how to select and style their flowers.
What flowers are available for events?
Our fields shift with the seasons, and each brings its own palette of blooms.
In Summer (August), the farm is bursting with colour—cheerful zinnias, delicate cosmos, fragrant snapdragons, stately strawflower, and the first flush of dahlias. It’s a lively time when the field is full of texture, bright hues, and fluttering pollinators.
In Fall (September–October), the colours deepen and the flowers grow lush and moody. Dahlias take center stage, joined by zinnias, sunflowers, celosia, and late-season ranunculus. You’ll see more jewel tones, rich textures, and a cozy, harvest feel in the field.
What's included in the Creative Workshop package?
We love welcoming guest artists and educators to share their talents on the farm. When you host a creative workshop with us, we provide access to our scenic outdoor or covered space (glass greenhouse), surrounded by the beauty of the flower fields. Tables, seating, and basic setup are included, along with assistance promoting your workshop through our website, newsletter, and social media.
You'll have time to arrive early and get settled, and we’re here to support with light on-site coordination during your event. Guests will be welcomed with seasonal refreshments, and the option to add-on a cut-your-own flower experience can be arranged in advance. We aim to make the process easy so you can focus on what you do best—leading a meaningful, memorable experience.
Are there any minimum requirements for a Creative Workshops?
To host a creative workshop on the farm, we ask for a minimum of 5 guests.
We’re looking for artists, makers, and educators who love sharing their craft and can confidently guide a small group through a hands-on activity.
We’ll need a short description of your workshop, a supply list (if you're not providing materials), and a few photos or examples to help us promote it.
All workshops should be suited for an outdoor setting and flexible enough to work with light weather changes.
We’ll take care of bookings and share your event on our website and socials—you're encouraged to spread the word in your own circles too!
Can guests pick-their-own flowers after a Creative Workshop?
Yes! Guests are welcome to pick their own flowers after the creative workshop. While it's not included in the base workshop experience, we offer it as an optional add-on for those who’d like to wander the field and bring home a bouquet of their own making. It’s a lovely way to end the day—snips in hand, blooms in vase, and inspiration in full bloom.
