Do you ship internationally?
At this time we currently only ship through Canada due to export restrictions. We hope to be able to ship internationally in the future!

Can I change or combine my order?
Once your order is placed we can not add or remove items. Please note this means we can not combine separate orders. If you wish to purchase more items, please place a new order. 

When will my order ship?
We ship orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday will ship the following week. Seeds are typically shipped within 2-5 days while certain bulbs/tubers must be shipped when all chances of frost have passed. Please see detailed description of items for shipping dates.

If products are marked "sold out" will they be available again?
Products marked as "sold out" will likely not be re-stocked until the following season. Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about our sales!

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, orders can not be returned. If you have any concerns with your order, please reach out to us. For info on our dahlia tubers, please see 'refund policy'.
