How to grow
Cress does best sown directly. Sow outdoors as soon as soil can be worked. Gently rake soil to cover seed. Keep moist until seeds germinate. 
Start seed indoors 4 to 6 weeks before your last frost date. Transplant out after all danger of frost has passed. Succession plant every two weeks for continual harvest.

How to harvest
Harvest when seedpods are fully formed. Seed heads can also be dried. To dry, hang upside down.
